A programme can be listed at one time and appear at another on your television. The two things to check first are the schedule's time zone and the channel feed carried by your provider.
The clock used by this guide
- United States: Eastern time, using New York.
- United Kingdom: London time.
- Canada: Eastern time, using Toronto.
- Australia: Sydney time, with NSW-oriented coverage.
These labels stay the same whether you browse on your phone, laptop or from another country. The displayed times account for daylight saving in the named location.
Converting the clock is not always enough
A regional service can delay a programme, replace it with local news, or use a different schedule entirely. A programme shown at 8pm on an Eastern feed does not automatically establish the airtime for a West Coast feed. Check your local broadcaster or provider before relying on a converted time.
Watch the calendar around midnight
When you compare listings across countries, the same moment can fall on different dates. Each country guide starts with the current date in its labelled time zone. Choose a specific date when planning across regions.
Why listings can still change
Live events can run late, broadcasters can revise a schedule, and our stored listing may not yet reflect an update. Treat programme times as schedules rather than guarantees. Our coverage page explains which sources contribute to each country.
